Dr. Graham, Non-Executive Chairman of Ensyn Corporation, is Ensyn’s founder and has led Ensyn’s commercial and technical development since the first Ensyn company was established in 1984.​

Ian S. Barnett​

Mr. Barnett has been actively involved with Ensyn since 1996, supporting Ensyn as a Board member and in various capacities involving finance, business development and planning.  
Geoffrey D. Hopkins 
​Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Hopkins joined Ensyn in 1994 and is responsible for all aspects of Ensyn's technology including RTP technology development and implementation.
David C. Boulard

Mr. Boulard, currently responsible for Ensyn’s Canadian operations, has worked with Ensyn for over 20 years in areas including Finance, project development and management.   
Raymond T. Pirraglia

Mr. Pirraglia has provided legal services for over 30 years, including as a consultant to Ensyn from 1995 until he assumed his current position in October 2011.
Lee Torrens 
​Executive Vice President & President of Ensyn Fuels Inc.

Mr. Torrens runs Ensyn Fuels, Ensyn’s wholly-owned subsidiary responsible for marketing Ensyn’s RFO heating fuels and Biocrude refinery feedstock.
Barry A. Freel 
​Senior Advisor, Technology

Mr. Freel has worked with Dr. Graham continuously since 1982 in the development of the RTP™ Technology and the development of Ensyn as a commercial enterprise. He handed off CTO responsibilities to Geoff Hopkins in January, 2024 and continues to support Ensyn as an advisor.
