Raymond T. Pirraglia

Mr. Pirraglia has provided legal services for Ensyn for over 30 years, including as a consultant to Ensyn from 1995 until he assumed his current position in October 2011. Mr. Pirraglia has been an equity participant, director and officer of various companies, including energy, information technology and project development firms, with his responsibilities including management and control over legal and financial affairs.
Mr. Pirraglia initiated his professional career at Deloitte & Touche, and later practiced with the law firm of Seward & Kissel in NYC. His previous experience also includes serving as Senior Tax Counsel of AmBase Corporation, a $14 billion NYSE-listed insurance and financial services holding company.
Mr. Pirraglia holds a BS, cum laude, in Accounting from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business, a JD from New York University School of Law and an LLM in Taxation from New York University Graduate School of Law.
