Ensyn’s liquid biomass represents the dawn of a new renewable fuels and chemicals industry
Ensyn converts solid biomass residues in its RTP process to a light, pourable, liquid product called RTP Liquids. This is an intermediary product that is a source of multiple natural fuels and chemicals. Ensyn’s RTP Liquids, when produced for liquid fuels, is known as Renewable Fuel Oil, or RFO product.
Ensyn has produced over 30 million gallons of RTP Liquids on a commercial basis. Most of this production has been generated for the production of renewable fuels and chemicals for the food industry. Ensyn is now focused on the expansion of production capacity of Renewable Fuel Oil worldwide, for use as a heating fuel, bio-based refinery feedstock, power generation and stand-alone upgrading to transportation fuels.
